As the true main antagonist of the series, Shabranigdo is a demon lord of darkness who seeks to spread fear and chaos throughout the world. He was sealed behind Rezo's blind eyes right until he was reborn. He is nearly impervious to magic that he can send it right back just like how he killed Zolf and Rodimus. However, with Lina was able to destroy him the sword of light combined with the power of the Lord of Nightmares thanks to Rezo who was restraining him from inside.
Later, he returns in Slayers Evolution-R posessing Rezo's spirit due to the link he made with him while taking over Pakota's human body. He was destroyed again by Lina's Giga Slave.
